We are delighted to discuss ideas over the telephone but will always request the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your requirements in greater detail. We are always happy to travel to your office to meet at your convenience. A meeting gives the opportunity to discuss your requirements and also expand on ideas by reviewing photographs and possible venue suggestions. You gain the added confidence of meeting your event management team and in return we benefit from a better understanding of your company and the atmosphere that reflects your working ethos ensuring you receive a truly tailored service.
Each event will have a lead event manager and a back-up team. Contact details of your event manager will be provided, as we are always accessible. Your lead event manager will be in attendance during your event, arriving before you to ensure that all arrangements are in place, discretely supervising throughout the duration, solving any problems before they occur and then departing after you leave ensuring that all guests are have a form of transport home or accommodation as appropriate. We can help host events, meet and greet clients and staff as they arrive and take a step back from view once the proceedings are under way. As experienced event managers we have a clairvoyant approach and the knack of knowing!
